With our Products &Resources (P&R) practice we provide functional and industry consulting services to Retail, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Logistics and Energy & Utility companies.

About Role:

Energy sector across Europe is going through a transformation journey with the focus on making data-centric Asset Investment decisions, enhanced customer experience (through digital and data enablement), sustainable and reliable infrastructure(green energy, predictive maintenance), digitalisation of the aging infrastructure, visualisation of their disparate decision support systems in a single pane of glass and most importantly disruption from innovative technologies entering the marketplace.

Cognizant has engagements with multiple clients in energy sector across Europe where we are helping them being customer centric and lead the transformation initiatives to build new offerings, solutions and innovative business models aligned to the market trends and regulatory commitments.

We are looking for experienced consulting managers who are passionate about making a difference for our clients in Netherlands. This is an opportunity for being at the forefront of the transformation journey working with the best minds in the energy domain at Cognizant

Key Responsibilities:

Establish and lead consulting assignments, including management of Internal and external resources assigned in the project.
Continuously demonstrate the principles of professional domain competency and governance
Collaborate with multiple partners to establish governance
Ensuring that engagements are executed within CTQ parameters and benefit targets using defined controls, processes and support tools.
Act as first point escalation for the engagement and team you are managing.
Senior stakeholder management and Communication
Contribute to onboarding of resources, performance monitoring and review and continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Skills:

Experience in shaping, leading and creating opportunities for consulting engagments in Oil and gas domain (upstream, digital customer experience, energy transition, EPC, retail operations, trading and risk management)
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders at different levels within client organisation
Experience in driving change management and driving value realisation
Experience in organisation design and driving learning and development across client organisation
Ability to foresee risk, identify dependencies and managing them in advance
Strong Communication, Team / interpersonal and Analytical /Problem Solving skills.

Qualifications:

Master of Business Adminstration from a reputed Institute
Bachelor of Business/technology
