For one of our clients, a Belgian family-owned company operating in the Fashion Retail / Wholesale sector, and also active in France, we are currently seeking a
Finance Manager.

As
Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the financial management of the company.

You possess a strong expertise in profit and loss and can develop financial strategies that foster the growth and profitability of the business.


The company's headquarters is located in Ternat, in the province of Flemish Brabant, with operational activities also present in France.


Challenge
As the financial manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising a team of 7 people, including accountants, financial analysts, credit controller and AP.
  • Developing and implementing financial strategies and policies.
  • Managing financial planning and budgeting.
  • Analyzing financial data and reports, and making recommendations to management.
  • Evaluating the financial performance of different brands and identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency improvement.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Working collaboratively with different brands to achieve and exceed financial objectives.
  • Being responsible for risk management and financial compliance.
  • Mentoring the finance team and fostering effective collaboration with other departments within the company.

Profile

  • You're trilingual (FR-NLEN)
  • You hold a Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a similar field.
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in a financial management role, preferably in the Retail / Wholesale sector.
  • You have a deep understanding of financial management, profit and loss, and budgeting.
  • You possess excellent analytical skills and problemsolving abilities.
  • You have strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders, including different brands.
  • You are resultsoriented and able to meet deadlines.
  • You have strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and lead a team.

Salary:
€7.000,00 - €9.000,00 per month
