- Management, development and coaching of management team,
- Plan and schedule all warehousing and administrative activities to ensure customer requirements are met in an efficient manner;
- Maintain receiving, warehousing and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing program operational and personnel policies and procedures;
- Ensure that financial and operational goals are met and clearly explained and visualized (monthly KPI's),
- Optimize the functioning of the site, P&L owner (Profit & Loss), #LI-AM4
- Act as Business Partner for the customer; follow up on MBR and QBR meetings,
- Ensure effective social stakeholders management, Implement a Continuous Improvement Program, Strictly adhere to all QSHE directives (incl. Code of Conduct, Ethical Behaviour, etc.).
- Bachelor's/Master'sdegree in Logistics, Transportation, Engineering, Business Administration, etc.;
- Extensive experience in an operational management position, preferably in thefield of contract logistics (3PL); Experience in retail is a must; Previous knowledge of/experience with 'Lean Sigma' would be a plus;
- Analytical skills, sense of results and concern for quality. Operational andtactical decision making expertise;
- Result driven mindset, good communication skills and strong team spirit;
- Demonstrated influencing & social negotiation abilities, diplomacyskills to create a consensus, and outstanding stress management skills;
- Dutch (native/bilingual) and English (fluent) are required, advanced knowledgeof MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, ...) is also expected.
