About the role:
As a Financial Business Analyst, you will be part of the Finance, Planning & Analysis team.
You will be responsible for the preparation and analysis of brand-specific financial reporting, gathering, consolidating, and sharing sell-out data, and running operational statistics and analyses.
Responsibilities:
- Business Requirement Management: Gather, validate, and meticulously document business requirements to align financial strategies with organizational goals.
- Commercial Data Analysis: Utilize budgets, sales results, and forecasts to generate actionable insights that facilitate informed decisionmaking processes.
- Brand Budget Oversight: Take charge of preparing and managing brand budgets, ensuring compliance with financial guidelines specific to the Benelux region.
- Monitoring Key Performance Indicators: Regularly track KPIs, providing monthly estimates supported by comprehensive analysis and insights.
- Data Quality Assurance: Develop and maintain data quality metrics, ensuring precision and reliability in business data and reporting.
- Analytical Proficiency: Process diverse datasets, leveraging Business Intelligence/Corporate Performance Management tools for accurate and insightful analysis.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Prior experience is not required, but a first experience is always welcome.
- Master's degree in Management, Finance, or Economics.
- Excellent level of Dutch and/or French, very fluent level of English (corporate language).
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills; you will be in contact with multiple stakeholders, including senior management.
- Strong background in analytical methodologies, with advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and interpretation.
- Commitment to delivering accurate results, ensuring precision even when handling complex datasets.
