This is a fantastic opportunity to join a new and growing team in CCEP and make a difference.


In this role you will:

  • Safeguard Operational Technology (OT) assets by implementing and supporting Cyber related systems and processes, as per the Global OT Cyber Strategy
  • Ensure OT Cyber Incidents are handled effectively, and within a defined timeframe, as per the Global OT Cyber incident response process

What to Expect:


  • Maintain and protect the electrical, automation, and industrial network systems from Cyber related risks
  • Implement and maintain Cyber tooling, as defined by global OT Cyber Strategy
  • Ensure the right execution of the OT Cyber Security hygiene programme
  • Perform vulnerability assessments and coordinate the remediation activities
  • Monitor and improve OT network systems in relation to Cyber Security
  • Detect, report and manage insecure features and malicious activities in OT networks and infrastructure
  • Execute the Cyber incident response plans for assigned factory and coordinate with the stakeholders
  • Responsible for site compliance with OT Security; asset risk and corporate policy compliance and Cyber Security Standards
  • Updating metrics and KPIs and providing status updates of Cyber activities in assigned factory
  • Support the Business Continuity Plans in coordination with the BC lead for assigned factory
  • Build site awareness of OT Security principles through the sharing of best practice processes and support the OT security trainings
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at plant level, central supply chain and BPT
  • Contribute to future OT Cyber security strategy

Skills and Essentials:


Experience

  • Expertise in automation technology ideally in the FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) environment. Experience in IT networking, cyber security and machinery safety
  • Ability to provide leadership and guidance to onsite technicians and contractors regarding cybersecurity policies and standards

Qualifications

  • Technical training with specialist training or university of applied sciences (electrical engineering or electronics or data processing, etc.)
(Subject) university studies with information technology or, if applicable

Technical orientation

  • Technical (electrician, robotics, mechatronics) diploma or equivalent
  • Other IT network or Cyber Security qualification
  • English: proficiency (essential), second language desirable

Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of measuring and control technology and engineering
  • Knowledge of OT industrial network equipment (PLCs, HMIs, SCADA etc.)
  • Understanding of TCP/IP, common networking ports and protocols, traffic flow, system administration, OSI model, defenseindepth and common security elements
  • Experience with vulnerability scanning solution, antivirus and security software
  • Application experience in MS Office, enterprise data acquisition, archiving, data maintenance and database systems
