ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a motivated Product Marketing Manager EMEA to join the team and support us with our skin care and body care.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Portfolio enhancements and portfolio maintenance

Brand communication planning, development and execution
Build and maintain strong portfolio performance knowledge by building and maintaining portfolio performance dashboard, collect insight from regions,
Analyze product portfolio performances (sales, margins, customer satisfaction indicators) in order to suggest relevant product discontinuation, crosssell activity, repricing, sales incentive activity,
Stay aware about market trends
Keep up to date the products labels, packaging, and other regulatory information
Contribute and follow up with cross functional core project team to guarantee the implementation and execution of the Marketing and Communication action plan
Support in preparing presentations, analysis or internal documents for key stakeholders and management
Work on product asset development
Keep Management team up to date with sales and product performance results
Be the brand ambassador in digital or physical sales and distributor events
Support the Brand Manager in the daytoday operations to achieve the strategic objectives of the Brand

YOUR PROFILE

Master's degree in marketing, Communication, Business Management, Economics or in another relevant field
2 years working experience in product management in FMCG, Telecom or Retail brand
Prior skin care and/or food supplements experience is a plus
Flexible and able to manage several projects simultaneously with a sense of priorities
Team player and eager to work in an international environment
Able to work crossfunctionally at all levels
Fast learner
Excellent capacity to adapt to a continuously changing environment
Excellent project management and communication skills
Strive for continuous improvement in efficiency
Organized with an analytical and problemsolving mindset
Excellent knowledge in office pack (Excel, Word and PowerPoint champion)
Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
