Senior Consultant/Managing Consultant/Associate Director, Healthcare

Reports to:
Partner and Head of Brussels Office

Broad Responsibilities:
Support existing clients in the Healthcare sector, lead relevant team members, and develop Fourtold's offering in the space.

We are seeking an ambitious, public affairs and communications professional to join our expanding team in order to play a leading role in the Healthcare space.

This is an exciting opportunity to support interesting clients but to also grow further the existing team and shape our offering.

What tasks you can look forward to:

Taking on a team and project lead role and establishing yourself as a key client contact on several projects.
Advising on strategies and/or campaigns to shape public policy and the surrounding stakeholder and media/social media ecosystem.
Playing a critical role in developing Fourtold's offering in Healthcare space, and in growing the client portfolio.
Acts as an ambassador for the consultancy and confidently represent Fourtold externally.
Contributing to our culture and playing a pivotal role in retaining and developing our best talent both as a client team leader and mentor/coach.
Your everyday tasks will include managing the teams' daytoday activities, advising clients on their strategic significance, formulating public affairs and communications strategies and materials, building policy and media networks, and supporting outreach with relevant stakeholders.

You will need to be able to demonstrate:

Strong expertise and established networks in the Healthcare sector.
Ability to build strong and deep relationships at all levels with clients and stakeholders.
Experience providing senior counsel and a forwardlooking approaches through deep understanding of the client's business and issues.
Project management skills for complex projects and annual programmes, including timelines, deliverables, interdependencies, resourcing and budgets.
Commercial acumen to drive growth from existing clients and further develop the consultancy's reputation.
Drive, expertise and innovative approaches to create new business opportunities in the Healthcare sector.
The ability to lead motivated and high performing teams, as well as to mentor and coach team members.
