Job Description:


As a Finance Director you will work in close collaboration with the CFO to develop and implement processes, procedures and activities that enhance TF financial reporting to achieve TF's groups goals.

The TF Sr. Division Controller is responsible for analyzing, controlling, financial planning, and business partnering with the TF group functions. Furthermore, the role takes responsibilities for implementing central TF finance projects


You will be part of the TOMRA Food Financial Leadership Team and will report to the Head of TF Finance.


You will:

  • Control and Business Partner for TF central functions (report, analyse, plan, consult, consolidate, )
  • Drive strategic decision taking.
  • Support TF transformational finance projects.
  • Audit TOMRA Food: main contact person and facilitator (in close cooperation with TOMRA group).
  • Facilitate the Business Planning (facilitate, consolidate and report).
  • Internal control and harmonization "between TOMRA Food business areas".
  • Mentor and train the Controller community.

Qualifications:


  • MBA or postgraduate on top of a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or business, plus relevant certifications (CPA or similar).
- >10 years' working experience (typically in an industrial financial controlling position, audit or consulting).

  • Indepth knowledge of IFRS standards and industry regulations.
  • ERP experience (we are using IFS).
  • Welldeveloped handson financial skills.
  • Consolidation experience.
  • Problem solver, very strong analytical skills, solution, business and result oriented.
  • Great presentation and communication skills, convincing personality.
  • Fluent in English (oral and written).
  • Willingness to travel (~20%)
