The Sales Intelligence and Support Specialist will be responsible for the reporting, analysis, and administration of the Fleet Remarketing commercial processes.
Reporting to the Sales Planning Intelligence Manager of Kia Belux.Responsibilities
Sales Intelligence:
- Compiling, analyzing and reporting sales data in order to provide actionable insights to the sales and marketing teams
- Monitoring and evaluating sales performance
- Contributing to the development of sales incentives, plans and objectives
- Streamlining processes (data collection, simplification, automatization)
- Production of presentation materials (internal external)
- Administration of the yearly Fleet Agreements
- Monitoring and forecasting of the incentives for leasing companies
- Supporting special deals (direct sales)
- Communication towards dealerships and with leasing companies
- SPOC for all B2B Sales administration matters
- Stewardship of the leads historical data
Qualifications
- Degree in business administration, economics, accounting, marketing or finance
- Fluent in English, Dutch French. Superior oral and written communication skills
- Extensive problemsolving and analysis skills
- Advanced Excel Powerpoint skills (experience with SAP and PowerBI is a plus)
- High level of organization and detailorientation
- Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative
- Strong commercial acumen and market awareness
- Enthusiastic, positive, 'can do' attitude
