The Digital Operations Manager acts as a link between the business and the IT
department – understanding the business and then talking to the IT to check
whether is an existing IT tool or a new solution should be found. They are also
taking the roll-out of the solution (the first pilot in place to all EU
countries) – training the people, putting the processes in place, preparing the
documentation, change management
The business stakeholders are Neurology and Immunology Rare Diseases (digital leads,
marketing leads) as well the internal users (marketeers) and the end users (the
doctors). In the team there are 4 Digital Operations Managers with the same role but different
scope and expertise.
Within this role you will be co-responsible for the End-to-End web portal tools & processes. Liaising with various management levels at European and area/country level to impact strategic choices and co-creation of final solutions. Ensuring that we avoid development of stand-alone solutions to gain efficiencies. It requires successful collaboration with commercial and medical functions. You will need to master technology, be creative in scenario planning while building programs/ solutions. And support the design & utilization of our analytical framework for measuring digital channel performances.
key responsibilities
As part of our digital transformation journey we strive to add value to our Patient Value Units (PVU) brand strategies via new technologies, business process optimizations and analytical expertise. Building innovative end-to-end digital programs which create a seamless experience across channels, devices and technologies for our external stakeholders and patients. qualifications
• Knowledgeable about Marketing Automation technologies and
processes.
• Knowledgeable about Digital Content Management (CLM
Presentation, Approved Emails, Key Messages, ...) with Veeva
CRM.
• Leadership capabilities to play an important role within the
Marketing Automation squad to impact roadmap and execution
of initiatives.
• Experience in digital operations, digital marketing, or digital
strategy, with focus on achieving/exceeding
marketing/engagement objectives, including user engagement
and high conversion rate.
• Analytical skills with main focus on business case analysis and
insights generation linked to channel performance.
• A track record of successful project management, particularly
in the content of campaign management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively
engage and collaborate.
• Agile mindset, innovative and creative thinking will be critical
assets.
• Pharma experience seen as a requirement.
• Advanced English language capabilities are required.
key benefits
A project based contract as freelancer or on the payroll of Randstad Professionals until end of 2024, possibility to extend for 1 year. Ideally starting at 20hours/week, and extend to 4/5 or fulltime
