    The role:

    You maintain and optimize the commercial relationship with a number of customers in off-trade Belgium.

    You will focus on the presence and volumes of the AB InBev brands and the mix of the products, optimising the benefits for AB InBev and for the customer.

    You are responsible for the P&L of your client portfolios.

    You are responsible for the construction, negotiations, application of the annual account, promotion plans and individual budget management for these clients.

    You monitor volumes, market share, market performance and turnover very closely.

    In addition, you are also responsible for analyzing, explaining and looking for opportunities based on qualitative and quantitative results.

    You will work closely with your fellow Key Account Managers, who manage the competing clients, with a view to optimising the results for AB InBev.

    You manage the "customer team" so that all departments work well together to optimize the results at the customer (Trade Marketing, Catman, Commercial Supply).

    Profile:

    Master's degree or equivalent through experience

    Bilingual (NL+ENG)

    2+ years of experience with P&L management, experience as a QHSE (commercial environment & negotiation) is a big plus

    Dynamic team player with a sense of responsibility, looking for new challenges/opportunities

    Commercial feeling and the necessary flexibility

    Result-oriented and able to work under pressure

    Analytical skills, knowledge and processing of financial data

    Creative mind and openness to possibilities and dynamic changes

    Structured & disciplined way of working: time management & being able to set the right priorities
