Jouw rol & impact
Als Sales & Office Assistant ben jij de organisatorische spil tussen sales, office en management. Je brengt structuur, bewaakt voortgang en zorgt dat collega's en klanten vlot vooruit kunnen.
Wat ga je doen?
Planning & coördinatie: inplannen van intakes, demo's, case studies en (sales)meetings; deelnemers voorbereiden en actiepunten opvolgen.
CRM & databasebeheer: leads analyseren, opportuniteiten registreren en data up-to-date houden.
Salesadministratie: opstellen en opvolgen van offertes en bestellingen; ondersteuning bij facturatie en betalingsopvolging.
Legal & licenties: administratieve voorbereiding van juridische dossiers; verwerken en beheren van klantlicenties.
Rapportering: standaardrapporten maken op basis van KPI's voor verschillende afdelingen.
Recruitment support: meewerken aan het vinden en inplannen van kandidaten.
Interne audits: voorbereiding en documentatie per afdeling ondersteunen.
Wagenpark & subsidies: coördinatie van onderhoud/bandenwissels en praktische administratie; assisteren bij subsidieaanvragen.
We stemmen het takenpakket graag af op jouw sterktes en wat jou energie geeft.
Vereisten
Wie ben jij?
Een organisatietalent dat rust brengt in drukte en graag afvinkt.
Ervaring of opleiding in administratieve/commerciële ondersteuning.
Communicatief sterk in het Nederlands en Engels; Frans/Duits is mooi meegenomen.
Handig met CRM-systemen en nauwkeurig in processen en documentatie.
Zelfstandig in planning & prioriteiten, maar ook een echte teamspeler.
