Functie:

As a project manager at Sodexo you are a facilitator.

Your mission is to translate the customer needs into Supply requirements, engage and guide people to support a successful implementation of Food Services for a large client account, whilst monitoring the timeline and deliverables.


Responsibilities:


The project manager is responsible for Supply deliverables in support of the implementation of Food services for a new client.

For this implementation project, the project manager will be the Supply SPOC for sales manager, operations, service and support experts.

Respecting the project management methodology and Sodexo's tools & methods are obvious requirements.

The Project Manager will be in charge of:

  • Define a clear project scope translated into deliverables: make available the product
- and supplier assortment based on the client's needs

  • Create and monitor the project schedule with clear roles and responsibilities between the functions (Buyer, Coordination, Catalogue)
  • Strive for synchronization between dependent deliverables and stakeholders.
  • Ensure stakeholder engagement via efficient communication and up to date documentation
  • Perform quality control by verifying the scope to assure accepted deliverables
  • Identify risks and define mitigation strategies

Profiel:


  • Bachelor/Master diploma experienced in a similar role since 3 to 5 years. Knowledge/Certification of a project management standard (PMI, Prince2, Agile, ) is preferred.
  • Supply Expertise/experience is required, preferably in aService Industry, Facility Services, Food Services, Hospitality Services
  • Trilingual Dutch/French/English written and spoken is a plus
  • Good commercial acumen, proven ability to interact with clients in an international environment
