Functie:

As a project manager at Sodexo you are a facilitator.

Your mission is to translate the customer needs into Supply requirements, engage and guide people to support a successful implementation of Food Services for a large client account, whilst monitoring the timeline and deliverables.

Responsibilities:

The project manager is responsible for Supply deliverables in support of the implementation of Food services for a new client.

For this implementation project, the project manager will be the Supply SPOC for sales manager, operations, service and support experts.

Respecting the project management methodology and Sodexo's tools & methods are obvious requirements.

The Project Manager will be in charge of:

Define a clear project scope translated into deliverables: make available the product

- and supplier assortment based on the client's needs

Create and monitor the project schedule with clear roles and responsibilities between the functions (Buyer, Coordination, Catalogue)
Strive for synchronization between dependent deliverables and stakeholders.
Ensure stakeholder engagement via efficient communication and up to date documentation
Perform quality control by verifying the scope to assure accepted deliverables
Identify risks and define mitigation strategies

Profiel:

Bachelor/Master diploma experienced in a similar role since 3 to 5 years. Knowledge/Certification of a project management standard (PMI, Prince2, Agile, ) is preferred.
Supply Expertise/experience is required, preferably in aService Industry, Facility Services, Food Services, Hospitality Services
Trilingual Dutch/French/English written and spoken is a plus
Good commercial acumen, proven ability to interact with clients in an international environment
