• Planning, leading, organizing, and motivating Agile project teams to achieve a high level of performance and quality.
• Ensuring that the project is completed within the defined scope, quality, time, and cost constraints.
• Facilitating the daytoday operations of the Agile teams and ensure collaboration between them as necessary.
• Manage a team of around 50 resources, assisting in team development while holding teams accountable for their commitments.
• Removing roadblocks to their work and coaching them at the individual and team levels.
• Managing stakeholder communications and helping to implement an effective system of project governance.
• Maintained budgeted profit margin and take necessary action for cost optimization in case of any variance.

• At least 5 years of experience in agile project & program management.
• A deep understanding of Agile principles and practices, with the ability to transfer that understanding at all levels of the organization.
• Seniorlevel project management experience in an Agile environment.
• Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Skilled in delivering fixed price engagements and independently manage the program financials.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
• Have experience in handling multiple Scrum teams in past and set up governance framework for smooth functioning of the all the Scrum teams.
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands.
• Proficient knowledge of Agile project management tools.
