The Supply Chain and Logistics Intern is responsible for supporting the Supply Chain team in handling the Purchase Orders, ensuring accurate and timely data management and reporting.

In this role, you will also find ways to enhance, simplify, automate and streamline the different Supply Chain processes, leaving a real legacy of lasting improvements.

The Supply Chain and Logistics Intern interacts and communicates with other members of the supply chain, Customer marketing sales and finance.

It is paramount to achieve these service objectives.


Responsibilities:

• WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE
• Purchase Order Management & Logistics
• Purchase Order creation and follow up (including PO corrections)
• Shipment tracking
• Supplier (3PL Warehouse) and Hauler Relationship Management
• Review weekly ETA reports and update the daily file; work with Hauler to improve reliability of data
• Help track down documents for UK orders and create a reliable way of ensuring they are both correct and sent timely
• Data & Reporting
• Data reconciliation & Data cleanup
• Inventory Reporting
• Invoice Processing
• Support to ensure that products have accurate Purchase Information Records

Skills and Experience

• You will have a passion for administrative tasks, were you will also be able to generate process optimization.
• You will have some knowledge of SAP functions/tools

• Ability to provide accurate required data on time, ready to work with deadlines
