The team, position & mission:

We are looking for a Faction Lead to manage the Business Analysis team.

If you are an industry expert in sectors such as finance, retail, public, or transportation, coupled with a deep proficiency in business process management, this role is for you.

The Business Analysis Faction is part of our cross-functional department, dedicated to merging diverse capabilities for the enhancement of our Data and Customer Experience (Cx).

Your mission is to guide the team in delivering substantial added value to our customers within the realm of business analysis

Your key areas of responsibility as Faction Lead Business Analysis:

Mentoring and managing a team of about 15 consultants.
Building a team spirt by organizing team activities, proactive followup and another ad hoc team building activities.
Contributing to the development of your team by recruiting new resources
Defining training plans and ensuring skills and capabilities are aligned with the company objectives and market evolution in collaboration with Chapter's Knowledge Manager
Ensuring deployment of the faction strategy to operate with a focus on capabilities per sector and business lines
Proactively managing and optimizing staffing, taking into account team performance but also individual ambitions and development plans
Supporting sales and presales with answering staffing requests, RFI and RFP.
Supporting the business development by brainstorming innovative solutions with prospects/clients, present proposals.
Participating in shaping the department offering and business development strategy.

Additionally, you will play your expert role in assisting our clients with their Business Analysis challenges

This involves:

Definition of business requirements and business cases,
Business process modeling,
Preparing and leading workshops with different stakeholders in order to obtain structured business requirements.
Setting up and overseeing the delivery of project activities and providing status updates to internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis
At least 2 years proven people management experience
Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
Capable of driving projects, leading workshops and assessing business processes.
Knowledge of industry and regulatory requirements as well as best practices in one of our target sectors.
Excellent written and verbal communication, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills
Highly selfmotivated and directed
Fluent in English and Dutch and/or French
