Forour IT service provider Deutsche Rentenversicherung Nord Ost WestInformationstechnik GmbH (NOW IT GmbH), Deutsche RentenversicherungRheinland is looking for a member of the Infrastructure Servicesdivision for the Competence Center (KC) Archive at the Düsseldorfsite at the earliest possible date.

Specialist responsible for document workflow/ Specialistresponsible for document workflow (f/m/d)

TheKC Archive is responsible for operating the ECM systems for theprovision of electronic documents. Furthermore, the support andadministration of the software components used in the scanningcenters is ensured as part of document digitization.

The area of responsibility includes in particular

• Analysis and definition ofarchitectural principles and models for the platforms to beoperated in the areas of electronic archives, printing andtechnical data streams
• Conception andplanning of a document hub and the corresponding monitoring
• Coordination of the committees, subsystems,working groups and project groups involved at federal level
• Conceptual responsibility for the specialsolutions provided in application readiness and quality assurancesupport during the life cycle of these solutions
• Creating analyses, forecasts and innovative concepts toensure the optimal use of the infrastructure components used
• Identifying and analyzing trends, models andprototypes of IT processes and infrastructure components
• Advising KC management on resource planningin connection with EMC and printing systems
• Taking on tasks in the context of process and quality management

Your qualification:

You have a degree in computer science (Bachelor ofScience) or a comparable relevant degree. Furthermore, you have atleast 3 years of experience in the field of capacity andarchitecture planning in the archive, print and scan environment.

You should also have the following specialistknowledge:

• Very good knowledge inthe areas of host, storage, server technologies, archive, printingand scanning environment
• Knowledge ofarchitecture management and design
• Experience in the areas of "Enterprise Content Management" and"Document Management Systems", ideally with the products "OpenTextTCP" or "OpenText Archive Server"
• Knowledgeof management platforms for operating centralized and decentralizedstorage and data backup solutions
• Knowledgeof the legal framework (Signature Act VOL, SGB, DAIT, BSI basicprotection)
• Knowledge of the service catalogand the concluded service level agreements
• Extensive knowledge of IT security management, IT projectmanagement and IT process management

Yourpersonal requirements include a high degree of customer and serviceorientation. We also expect conceptual and analytical skills and anindependent way of working. Flexibility and the ability to workunder pressure are just as much a part of your strengths as a highlevel of commitment. Continuous further training and independentfamiliarization with new subject areas are expected, as is awillingness to travel on business. Good oral and writtencommunication skills in German and a good command of English roundoff your profile.
