Als onderhoudstechnieker voor PPG Coatings Belgium, **Colour Services BeLux, **zal je nieuwe of bestaande verfapparatuur (dispenser, schudder, spectrofotmeter, PC) en bijhorende bedrijfssoftware installeren, onderhouden en herstellen bij de klant. Zodat de klant kan beschikken over optimaal werkende machines,

En tant que technicien de maintenance pour PPG Coatings Belgium, Colour Services BeLux, vous installerez, entretiendrez et réparerez les équipements de peinture nouveaux ou existants (distributeur, agitateur, spectrophotomètre, PC) et les logiciels d'entreprise connexes sur le site du client. Pour que le client dispose de machines fonctionnant de manière optimale.

**VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN**
- Voorbereiden van de installatie van de machines
- Installeren van dispenser, schudder, spectrofotometers en PC bij klanten
- Verzorgen van de nodige gebruiksaanwijzingen
- Uitvoeren van technische interventies (herstellingen, upgrades) en ijkingen van de machines
- Organiseren en uitvoeren van het pro-actief onderhoud van de machines
- Verlenen van telefonische bijstand
- Opstellen van de interventierapporten
- Toepassen van wettelijke/veiligheidsvoorschriften

RESPONSABILITES
- Préparer l'installation des machines
- Installation d'un distributeur, d'un agitateur, d'un spectrophotomètre et d'un PC sur les sites des clients.
- Fournir les instructions d'utilisation nécessaires
- Effectuer les interventions techniques (réparations, mises à niveau) et les calibrages des machines.
- Organiser et réaliser la maintenance proactive des machines
- Fournir une assistance téléphonique
- Établissement de rapports d'intervention
- Appliquer les règles juridiques/de sécurité

**KERNCOMPETENTIES**
- Je bent nauwkeurig
- Je stelt de klant centraal
- Je bent goed in het mondeling communiceren
- Je kan zelfstandig werken
- Je hebt bij voorkeur een technische opleiding elektromechanica of een elektronica achtergrond
- Enige ervaring in onderhoud van machines is een plus
- Je spreekt Nederlands en Frans, en je hebt noties van Engels.
- Je hebt een rijbewijs B

- Vous avez de préférence une formation technique en électromécanique ou en électronique.

- Vous avez un permis de conduire B
