For our Global Energy Management and Sales business unit in Brussels, we are looking for an
Transversal teamlead Namur-Ghent within our customer service department (Business-to-Business).

YOUR CHALLENGE as Transversal Teamlead Namur - Ghent:

You have final responsibility for all activities of the regional B2B customer service teams in Ghent and Namur.
You coordinate and control the activities of the regional customer service B2B teams to optimize and digitize our services to the customers
You are responsible for the financial and operational objectives. You define and align the objectives for your teams in Namur and Ghent in line with the mission and vision of our Business Platform Supply B2B.
You closely monitor the KPIs and communicate them clearly to the operational teams and management. Where necessary, you initiate the correct corrective actions, priorities across the various teams within Customer Service.
You define service levels and quality standards, follow them closely and adjust where necessary.
You coordinate the cooperation with the sales teams and IT teams, but also with other stakeholders (legal, pricing,...) in the context of your daily operational activities, but also in the context of projects and new developments.
You are responsible that all processes are carried out correctly. You ensure that existing processes are adapted or new processes are developed if necessary in collaboration with your stakeholders.
You launch and coordinate new developments and projects across the various teams in collaboration with your stakeholders.
You are responsible for a customeroriented culture and guide your customers through the digital transformation.
You are responsible for a transversal way of working (knowledge transfer, sharing of best practices) across the different teams. You start initiatives regarding transversal ways of working and optimization of working methods. You follow this closely and adjust where necessary.
You look for new ways of working in order to optimize efficiency and cost to serve. This in close consultation with your fellow team leads.
As team leader of the teams in Ghent and Namur, you are guiding the employees through the transformation processes. You are responsible for sufficient and correct trainings and identify the correct training needs.
You communicate the vision and strategy of our Business platform to the teams in a consistent manner.
You report to the Manager Customer Service BP Supply Belgium
You are present on both sites in Ghent and Namur.

YOUR PROFIEL as TRANSVERSAL TEAMLEAD:

Minimum Bachelor's degree
You already have a first people management experience in an operational environment
You have good leadership skills
You have a good knowledge of the Belgian energy markets
You are "customer oriented"
You are resultoriented, motivated and you are strong in problem solving.
You ensore a constructive and transparent cooperation with your colleagues and stakeholders.
You master Dutch, French and English.
You have analytical skills in which you strive for efficiency and accuracy.
You are eager to learn, have a positive attitude and can handle a continuously changing environment.
