前台客戶服務:包括解答客戶查詢、安排活動報名及收費
表格及文件處理
活動宣傳及執行
中心物資採購及倉存紀錄
協助跟進中心設施維修事宜
需要時支援中心及機構活動
入職要求:
中學會考5科合格(包括中英文科)或DSE 5科2級(包括中英文科)或以上為佳
1年或以上相關經驗
具備良好電腦文書處理能力 (Word / Excel/ Power Point/ Canva)
主動有禮、優良客戶服務技巧、準時、能獨立工作、具團隊合作精神
良好中英文書寫及基本英語溝通
可即時上班優先
工作時間:平均每周工作1-2天,每天約7-10小時 (不包括用膳時間),需於平日晚上及周六當值
受聘者將以合約形式聘用,並根據機構的業務需要及員工的工作表現而作出續約安排。
工作地點: 藍田 (港鐵站附近,步行約3分鐘)
