    As a waiter or waitress, your primary responsibility is to provide excellent customer service and ensure a pleasant dining experience for restaurant patrons.

    You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

    Record guest orders accurately and ensure any special dietary requests are communicated to the kitchen.

    Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations.

    Serving Food and Beverages:
    Deliver orders to the kitchen and pick up prepared dishes.

    Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely and efficient manner.

    Ensure orders are complete and match the guests' requests.

    Monitor and refill beverages, such as water and coffee.

    Customer Service:
    Attend to guest needs throughout their dining experience.

    Address any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.

    Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

    Table Maintenance:
    Clear and reset tables after guests depart.

    Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and well-organized.

    Replace table linens and utensils as needed.

    Payment Processing:
    Present bills to guests and process payments accurately.

    Handle cash and credit card transactions, making change when necessary.

    Thank guests for their patronage and invite them to return.

    Teamwork:
    Collaborate with kitchen staff and other servers to ensure smooth service.

    Assist in restocking supplies and maintaining a tidy work environment.

    Communicate effectively with colleagues and management.

    Compliance and Hygiene:
    Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.

    Follow restaurant policies and procedures, including alcohol service regulations.

    Maintain a clean and sanitary work area.

    Qualifications:
    Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not always required.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

    Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

    Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
