Job summary
In deze functie zal je samen met je collega's verantwoordelijk zijn voor het rekruten van IT profielen. Je werkt nauw samen met competence managers en accountmanagers. Samen zorgen jullie voor de juiste match, duurzame samenwerking en een positieve ervaring voor iedereen.
Qualifications
- Minstens één of meerdere jaren ervaring als recruiter, bij voorkeur binnen IT of consultancy.
- Je weet waar je talent kan vinden én hoe je mensen op een oprechte manier warm maakt.
