Our client specializes in developing and producing packaging solutions for the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector. They design and supply blister packs, labels, and foils that meet strict safety and quality standards.

In addition, they support customers with tailor-made solutions, innovative technology, and advice to improve both product safety and supply chain efficiency.

Job description

For one of our clients in Belgium, we are immediately looking for an:

ERP Techno-Functional Specialist (Microsoft Dynamics / Navision)
40 hours per week
Hamont-Achel, Belgium (hybrid possible)
Permanent position

As ERP and Enterprise Systems Specialist EU, you are the point of contact for all our systems at the European sites.

You make sure everything runs smoothly, identify areas for improvement, and know how to implement changes effectively.

Your tasks:
Manage and optimize all systems within our European sites.
Improve processes and implement efficiency measures.
Work with ERP packages, especially Microsoft Dynamics.
Preparing and maintaining ERP documentation, including process descriptions and flowcharts.
Provide support in Power BI and make data accessible.
Manage and support interfaces via Dell Boomi.
Support Electronic Batch Records and Werum PAS-X.
Coordinate with various stakeholders and SMEs.
Provide support for Blue Mountain, APS (Preactor), and automation systems.
Overseeing operational functional management and ensuring system usability across departments.
Competences

Profile:
Strong Dutch & English communication skills.
Curious and eager to learn new technologies.
Flexible, able to work independently as well as in a team.
Strong organizational and structured working style, with attention to detail.
Proven experience with BI tools, especially Power BI.
At least 7 years of experience in IT, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
Bachelor's degree in IT or a comparable qualification.
Experience in a techno-functional ERP role with documentation and operational management expertise.
