Job summary
Join Equans and take the lead in setting governance and performance standards for IT projects in a dynamic and complex environment.Responsibilities
- establish and improve project management methodologies, standards, tools and templates, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and best practices
- oversee the IT project portfolio, coordinate resources and monitor progress, risks, dependencies and inter-project impacts
- create and deliver project status reports, dashboards and KPIs for management and stakeholders
- facilitate risk identification, assessment, mitigation strategies,
& change control processes across IT projects - lead continuous improvement initiatives,
& promote digital tools
