Jouw Missie Als Account Manager Public
Als Account Manager Public ben jij het gezicht van CWS bij publieke klanten zoals overheden, scholen, politiezones,... Je beheert en verdiept bestaande klantrelaties èn gaat actief op zoek naar nieuwe opportuniteiten. Je zorgt voor uitbreiding van onze dienstverlening, bewaakt de winstgevendheid en streeft naar maximale klanttevredenheid.

- Je bezoekt klanten en bespreekt hoe we onze samenwerking kunnen versterken
- Je zorgt voor retentie èn groei via cross- èn upselling
- Je prospecteert actief binnen de publieke sector
- Je bewaakt marges èn omzet binnen je portefeuille
- Je volgt marktontwikkelingen en stelt je eigen kwartaaldoelen en jaarplan op
- Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van Sales Support, Customer Care en Service voor een optimale klantbeleving
