We are currently looking for a support / helpdesk engineer:

  • Ticket handling in 4ME tool and ServiceNow.
  • Act as onsite L1 support for the services and support scopes
  • Telephony, Network, Cloud related.
  • Telephony being currently the biggest scope (80%) of the tickets.
  • Interact with support teams/OPS Specialist/CDM
  • Ensure enduser communication via mail, Teams, phone

Requirements:


  • Relevant experiences as Support / Helpdesk
  • Good knowledge of Telephony (Avaya)
  • Language: English, Dutch or FR

Onsite presence required in region Bruges (onboarding 2-3weeks onsite, afterwards +-3 onsite/2 remote)
