Join our dynamic team as a
Demand & Forecasting Planning Manager and take the lead in driving our production planning and order management processes to new heights

Our role:

As our Demand & Forecasting Planning Manager, you will be at the forefront of ensuring smooth operations and maximizing efficiency.

Your key responsibilities include:

Crafting the perfect production plan by leveraging accurate forecasts and data analysis.
Championing important planning decisions and providing compelling justifications.
Tackling operational challenges related to supply and demand, production hiccups, and market fluctuations with finesse.
Keeping a close eye on stock management, ensuring optimal inventory levels at all times.
Collaborating seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders to finetune the production plan and foster strong communication channels.
Skillfully negotiating with OEMs to secure favorable delivery and production allocations.
Mastering the vehicle database in SAP, including vehicle pricing and aftersales adaptations, to streamline processes.
Embracing change and anticipating model changes for Toyota and Lexus, working closely with our Marketing (Customer Experience) team.
Taking charge of exciting projects and leading the way towards innovation and success.

Your profile:

We are seeking a talented individual who brings a fresh perspective and a passion for excellence.

A Master degree or equivalent experience in a similar role, demonstrating your expertise.
A Natural affinity for numbers, analysis, procedures, and meticulous planning.
Exceptional communication skills and an innate ability to navigate negotiations with finesse.
A problemsolver with the ability to thrive in an independent work environment.
A love for organization and a knack for meeting deadlines with ease.
Fluency in Dutch, French, and English (both written and spoken), enabling seamless collaboration across diverse teams.
