We deliver studies, certification, and project guidance in multiple fields such as water, energy, thermal comfort, and waste,... What you will be doing

Advise architects, project developers, and engineers in designing sustainable buildings
Coordinate and evaluate sustainability certifications such as BREEAM, WELL, DZMW,; guide your team on performing energy, comfort and material studies (LCC, EPB, daylight and thermal dynamic simulations, LCA, )
Contribute to the contents of large, multidisciplinary projects, autonomously managing projects from A to Z (organization, timing, budget)
Analyse and consolidate the multiple studies in general sustainability and circular economy advice for the project. You are the client's SPOC and motivate your client to go the extra sustainable mile.

You bring

The urge to make an impact on the building sector, willing to grow your knowledge exponentially & to share knowhow with your colleagues
Master in engineering with specialization in construction, energy, or architecture or equivalent through experience
Some years of experience in the design of sustainable buildings and in project management in the building sector. Expert knowledge of EPB, dynamic simulations, other affiliated fields or general project management is a big plus. (Highly driven juniors are also welcome to apply.)
Sharp organizational skills; taking ownership; experience in drafting clear and wellstructured reports
Strong knowledge of Dutch or French. You speak and write fluently in English.
