We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team.

As CSM, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers and ensuring their success with their projects.

You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and goals, advise on best practices and help them achieve desired results.

Developing a roadmap, specifying necessary tasks, timelines and resources, as well as managing a team of developers are all part of your daily routine.


Responsibilities:

  • Co-define projects from the start.
  • As a CSM involved in the project from the start, you will have the opportunity to shape the custom solution based on a deep understanding of the customer's needs.
  • Think along with the customer and suggest alternative and innovative solutions that exceed the customer's expectations.
  • As the single point of contact, you will be responsible for addressing a variety of customer inquiries, including those related to previous decisions, potential revisions, as well as new feature requests.
  • Ensure project execution within budget and timing.
  • Manage and maintain great customer relationships and aim for 110% satisfaction.
  • Guide and coach the project team, consisting of developers, UX designers, testers and analysts, and direct them towards achieving project success.

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent through experience.
  • 3 years of experience in the software industry.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Experience with agile methodology is a plus.
  • Affinity with digital technologies or software in general is a big plus.
  • A passion for quality.
