    DESCRIPTION DE POSTE

    • Entouré(e) d'une équipe de passionnés, comme vous, vous aurez la charge de la modélisation BIM des installations présentes dans un bâtiment mais plus précisément :
    • Produire les maquettes BIM relatives aux études allant de l'avant-projet à l'exécution.
    • Détecter les modifications au cours de la phase de conception et résoudre les conflits entre les différentes maquettes.
    • Dimensionner le parcours des différentes installations (électricité, CVC et sanitaire),.
    • Gérer les différents aspects de la livraison des modèles aux entreprises.

    PROFIL RECHERCHE

    Diplômé d'un bachelier ou d'une formation technique en CAO/DAO :

    • Vous justifiez d'une expérience significative dans la conception MEP (mechanical, electrical et plumbing)
    • Vous maîtrisez le logiciel Revit et vous savez utiliser Autocad ou d'autres outils de dessin.
    • Vous possédez un bon relationnel, aimez le travail d'équipe tout en étant organisé et autonome dans votre activité.
    • Vous parlez couramment le français, la maîtrise du néerlandais et/ou de l'anglais et un plus.
