Assoc Specialist, Inside Sales
- Ansell is looking for a passionate, customerfocused the Assoc Specialist, Inside Sales based in Brussels to join the Industrial Business.
As a member of the Ansell Inside Sales team, the Associate Inside Sales Specialist will be vital in promoting and selling Ansell's products and services by focusing on account management of a dedicated portfolio of distributors and execution of eCommerce, Sales and Marketing activities in German market.

What will your role be?
- Working in collaboration with our sales and marketing teams, customer service, supply chain and regulatory affairs, and reporting to the Assoc Manager, Inside Sales, Assoc Specialist, Inside Sales will:
- Manage portfolios of distributors/partners
- Prepare all relevant plans, budgets, reports, forecasts and formulate sales, win plans and objectives on a monthly/quarterly basis and execute them within the region
- Achieve Marketing and Sales campaigns, and ensure that marketing activities are followed up in the field
- Build effective relationships with segmented customers
- Act as internal CRM specialist and manage the CRM database to ensure customer data accuracy
- Work closely with customer service, monitor trade expenditure and reporting of customer complaints information via the Quality department
- Ensure that all sales business is conducted within relevant legislation, defined trading terms and in accordance with company policy and ethical standards
- Monitor competitor activities in the market and in distribution channels and develop appropriate strategies to deal with the situation in conjunction with sales leaders
- Participate in internal and external events and field visits
What will you bring to Ansell?
- Demonstrated experience in B2B sales/ commercial functions (in an international environment is a plus)
- Excellent communication (spoken and written) and interpersonal skills
- Expert in problem solving and knowhow to adapt to a fastpaced and changing work environment
- Proven record of using management systems (SAP, CRM)
- Ability to work with team and independently, make decision in a highpressure and deadlineoriented environment.
- Languages: Fluent German & English (written and spoken)
