We are looking for a Marketing & Communication Director to be in charge of the organization's marketing ventures.

This primarily involves developing and implementing strategies to strengthen the company's market presence, increase market share and help it find a "voice" that will make a difference.

This function reports directly to the Country Director and is part of the management team of Legrand Group Belgium.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive business growth.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify marketing goals and objectives; especially with the sales department to develop pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share while balancing customer satisfaction.
Conduct general market research and competitor analysis to keep up with trends and competitor's marketing movements and define new opportunities.
Lead the marketing team (5 Product Managers) in executing marketing projects and campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Oversee the creation and development of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, promotional videos, and website content.
Analyze marketing campaigns' performance and results and provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Lead the communication team (3 MarCom Colleagues) in producing valuable content for the company's online presence, editorial design and organizing the company's internal and external publications.
Set guidelines for all marketing communications to promote the company's brand image in line with Group's instructions.
Understand, develop and control the budget and allocate resources accordingly.
Build strategic partnerships within Legrand Group worldwide.

Requirements:

Master degree or equivalent by experience.
Proven experience as a Marketing & Communication Director.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Extensive knowledge of marketing principles and best practices.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
High competence in project and stakeholder management.
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
Professional and proactive work ethic
Creative and inspiring; change minded.
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills: NL/FR/ENG (business spoken)
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines; Ability to multitask.
