Based in
Brussels and currently gathering
30 consultants, with a local HR team, the Wavestone Belgium office is
expanding significantly, driven by market demand for consulting advice/support in our specialist focus area of
Cybersecurity.

This is an outstanding opportunity for
talented people to work on a hot topic at the crossroads of technology and management while participating in the
development of the Belgian office.

Our team is looking for her/his
first account developer to grow the Wavestone client portfolio in the Belgian market.
As an account developer, you will work with the consultants of the office and the Wavestone business team in our offices on the following activities:


  • Sales Development
  • Identify proactively and
    open new clients for cybersecurity assignments.
  • Schedule, prepare and colead
    pitches (client meetings) with consultants and promote the flagship skills of the Belgian office
  • Discuss the client's needs, develop and
    steer the response strategy until the final offer with the Wavestone experts
  • Steer the opportunities and the procurement followup until the closing and the launch of the assignment
  • Ensure continuity of
    client's relationship with the internal team and monitor progress
  • Report the key indicators to monitor the sales activity and facilitate the sales meeting to define the next priorities
  • Increase Wavestone reputation in Brussels, Flemish and Walloon Brabant region

Account strategy

  • Analyze the potential of our client environments and target priority areas with the help of consultants
  • Define and steer sales action plans to develop our positioning in the Belgian market
  • Knowing the specifics of the Belgian market, being innovative in the relationship with client's
  • Develop a sales network within Wavestone to improve our internal processes and business strategy according to our priorities and our Belgian market


For all these activities, you will be part of the global Wavestone business team and therefore benefit from their knowledge and expertise.

In this way, your role may evolve towards more responsibility in terms of business development.


Qualifications:


  • A graduated with a
    master's degree in management or engineering, with
    a first experience in sales and a
    genuinely interest for digital topics and cybersecurity:
  • An
    enthusiastic personality and strong interpersonal skills
    (intellectual curiosity, sharp sense of analysis,
    collaborative working style and
    pro-active attitude to build a relationship of trust with your colleagues and with customers:
  • A taste for
    entrepreneurship and
    complex sales, making you eager to innovate and find a way to overcome difficulties to meet our objectives.
  • You want to be part of a team
    on a human scale that fosters proximity and the transmission of knowledge, while working with a variety of profiles within the firm
  • Trilingual would be ideal. Fluency in
    English and one of the Belgian languages (
    French and
    Dutch) is necessary.
