About the job

We are looking for an enthusiastic Talent Lead to identify, attract, develop and engage the best talent in a domain of 100+ Entertainment and Connectivity professionals, called the product tribe.

It is your mission to unlock the talent and expertise of your workforce, improve and innovate the way of working within your scope.

You do this by developing your team's competencies, by attracting new talent and negotiating with recruitment partners for external resources.

A proven track record in building teams, and a highly contagious energy and vision on developing talent in an agile world is a strong asset.

Your focus as our Talent Lead

You attract and develop the necessary talent to deliver on our mission. You elevate your team's output through onthejob coaching and mentoring, competency development, broadening, training initiatives and more.
You match recruitment needs with available resources through quarterly resource allocations and longterm strategic resource planning. You manage the relations with other business stakeholders (such as Team managers, Product owners, Talent leads, etc.) to understand the business needs and support cross tribe mobility.
You strive for continuous improvement of our way of working within the product community
You're able to discuss and defend the talent vision to relevant stakeholders. You're a master in translating insights, knowledge into clear action plans and objectives towards your teams and stakeholders.
You manage the contracts with our external partners and suppliers
Together with your 2 talent lead colleagues you manage a labor budget with quarterly touchpoints with finance controllers.
