The Demand Planning is a hybrid role is responsible for managing, enriching, and owning the Total Forecast within the APO system, for a 0-18 month horizon.

It's important that you speak fluent English and advanced Dutch or French to succeed. The hybrid role would consist of 50% our office in Zaventem.


HERE IS A TASTE OF WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Supporting the local demand planning and forecasting process
  • Preparing and generating demand planning forecasts, including enriching and finalizing short term horizon forecasts
  • Owning demand planning forecasts and conducting regular reviews with stakeholders and updating forecasts as needed
  • Identifying and supporting process and KPI improvements;
  • Gathering necessary marketdata from crossfunctional stakeholders to create S&OP volume proposal
  • Helping to drive consensus within the crossfunctional team (Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales and Finance) on monthly S&OP volumes + presenting these volumes and their drivers to local management.
  • Identifying and driving improvements to the supply planning process to achieve KPIs
  • Providing visibility to Benelux business of impact of supply vs demand risks
  • In coordination with the rest of local IBP team you will be accountable for preventive and mitigation plans in the reduction of penalties and Non-Performing Inventory

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

  • University Degree or equivalent, preferably in a quantitative field (Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field)
  • Expertise in Demand Planning process including best practices, technologies, processes, procedures and tools
  • Experience working in a shared service, process driven or service center environment for a multinational organization, working with colleagues internationally
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office with an Excel advanced level
