Senior Associate Funds - Stable and Boutique Law Firm For a newly implanted team, our team is recruiting a Senior Investment Fund Associate to join a boutique International Law Firm.

Join a dynamic team of 20 team members in delivering tailor-made and personalized services for various Investment Vehicles such as ; The international law firm has recently implanted its Investment Fund operations in Luxembourg and is strengthening its stable team as business is growing.

Your Responsibilities | Law Firm – Senior Fund Associate – Lawyer – Legal – Funds – AIF Our partner is seeking an experienced Fund Associate to provide thorough and high-standard legal advice while also creating and fostering relationships with clients and other stakeholders.

These tasks include, and are not restricted to:

• Advising clients on the optimal course of action in terms of investment strategies while always keeping in mind their overarching business objectives and strategy.
• Introducing and managing legal processes for a client portfolio that are mainly concerned with creating different kinds of Investment Vehicles (non-regulated, semi-regulated, and regulated).
• Monitoring legal and regulatory developments and assessing the effects of recently enacted laws and regulations.

• You possess at least 4 years of experience within the Investment Fund department of a law firm in Luxembourg.
• You are fluent in English and French, both orally and in writing to ensure easy communication with a diverse panel of stakeholders. Any additional language is an advantage.
