Your skills

Which skills do you need to have ?

•A higher education degree in the legal field

•A genuine interest in the financial services industry and the compliance domain (trends, initiatives, innovations), with a strong desire to learn and grow in this field

•You aim for correctness without being rigid. You know how to maintain a healthy balance between sound business operations that comply with laws and regulations on the one hand, and pragmatism on the other

•6-18 months experience in the financial services industry on compliance-related initiatives

•Strong logical and problem-solving skills

•Ability to analyse complex situations and reports and derive potential solutions

•Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to the success of the team

•Fluency in English

•Fluency in either Dutch or French is mandatory
