We are looking for a

automation technician for a company in

Zwevegem. The company is the world market and technology leader in steel wire transformation and coating technologies

  • You start the day with a morning briefing to determine the day's priorities.
  • You then perform electrical maintenance tasks according to a predetermined schedule.
  • In case of sudden malfunctions on the machinery, you can quickly analyze the problem in order to fix the error.
This always in consultation with the team leaders and operator(s) working on the line.

  • You formulate proposals to prevent failures in the future.
  • At the end of the day you record your interventions and checks in our internal system.

Profile

  • Electricity is your passion. You enjoy maintaining a diverse fleet of machinery in the electrical field.
  • You can read an electrical plan and have knowledge of PLC.
  • You like to work independently.
  • You can solve a problem efficiently, safely and neatly.
  • A high degree of independence
