As a

process improvement specialist you are responsible for driving

cross functional process improvements that support

enhanced internal customer experience, growth, efficiency and current strategic goals.

You will scope, plan and execute various improvement projects across the

supply chain department.

  • You
    measure and monitor performance of supply chain indicators:
  • You develop reporting
    metrics and lead indicators:
  • You analyze the data (weekly, monthly and quarterly) to identify
    trends and areas for process improvements, working closely with the supply chain team to implement improvements and track progress
  • You lead the
    crosslocation improvements program through close collaboration with site representatives
  • You coordinate the
    analysis of problems during the supply chain process and map & standardize the process flows of the supply chain area.
  • You have a
    university degree in business management, supply chain, engineering or a related field.
  • You have experience in
    LEAN management and a good knowledge of Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), LEAN manufacturing (SMED, 5S), Agile Processes (Scrum) Ability to perform root cause analysis, problem solve and implement change.
  • You have user knowledge of
    PowerBI, Sharepoint and SAP

Scrum and/or Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is highly desirable.

  • You have excellent skills in
    English; knowledge of Dutch and/or Spanish is an asset.
