As Sales Manager for West-Europe you support, coach and train a team of Account Managers. You also play a crucial role in making sure that Brand Affiliates align to the company's strategy.

Your role is to assist the Account Managers and our Brand Affiliates in driving sales in the different markets of the West-Europe Region (France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxembourg and Switzerland).

Encouraging and supporting a positive and uplifting culture and act with energy and integrity is your second nature.

Being a Sales Manager includes the following responsibilities, amongst other:

  • Manage and developing a team of Account Managers to help ensure the success of the Sales department
  • Train our Brand Affiliates on Nu Skin's policies and procedures in order to enforce compliance
  • Develop annual business plans to reach our goals in West-Europe
  • Create a strong relationship with the Account Managers and our Key Brand Affiliates
  • Handle phone calls and written correspondence but also coach the team in providing the best possible service to our Brand Affiliates
  • Represent the company during internal and external events by giving presentations in front of large audiences
  • Be active on Social Media, mainly Facebook, by posting and managing closed groups

Profile:


  • You have a Sales or Management degree or equivalent through experience
  • You have minimum 3 years of experience in Account Management, Sales or Leadership development
  • You have experience in people management and are a natural and inspiring leader
  • You speak at least two of the region languages (French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch) plus English
  • You can structure your work and prioritize your own as well as your team's work
  • You have a structured and analytical mindset
  • You perform well under pressure and remain result oriented
  • You are passionate about helping people
  • You have strong communication and negotiation skills
  • You have good presentation skills, can handle conference calls and feel confident in going on stage with large audience
  • You are willing and able to travel internationally
