About the role:

Reporting to the Head of Client Delivery of NEAP, A Senior Project Manager is one of the most senior accountable owners of the project delivery, recovery, and sale.
He/she combines a track record of contractual and commercial successes, combined with a technical astuteness that enables him/her to support turnarounds, maintenance of timelines, and fulfilment of contractual obligations.
He/she develops and implements sustainable resourcing, risk management, and escalation strategies, selecting the appropriate guidelines and policies with the purpose of implementing compliance with internal and external regulations and governance, as well as directing that all strategies are realistic, appropriate, and optimum for supporting the desired outcomes.
He/she works with the Client Executive Partner to properly influence and create deliverable programs that will meet the target cost, timescale, and scope.
Additionally, the role serves as the face of her/his projects to the external stakeholders.
As such, he/she attends customer forums to build and maintain positive relationships.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Support, Manage and deliver against Commercial and Contractual Requirements
Manage Customer Programs/Projects Delivery
Orchestrate all delivery to meet contractual delivery obligations
Orchestrate all delivery to ensure SLA commitments are met
Manage Project Financials (Forecast and actuals)
Plan and execute actions for all delivery areas serving the account, to (as a minimum) meet Budget PM & PM% commitments per semester/FY and to meet Margin Plan ambitions set with RBU Executive
Support the Client Exec, Industry Leader and Account Director (Sales) in growing the business, through Fertilization. Meaning preparing, reviewing new offering on the account
With the Account Management Team, support all actions necessary to enable 100% billings, and cash collection, and ensure contracts meet or are better than, the Business Case
Manage Project Team
Interlock with Resource & Workforce Management and Business Line practice heads to ensure timely availability of required resources, adhering to agreed tools, data and processes
Manage Customer Relationship
Orchestrate all delivery to achieve exceptional CSAT & NPS results
Report to the account team
Drive necessary plans at the account level to meet all objectives and metrics defined
Deputise for the Head of Client Delivery NEAP

Required Skills and Experience:

Hold Business and Technical bachelor's degree combinations in related fields or relevant experience.
Must have at least one External Project Management Certification (PM/PRINCE2/IPMA).
Nice to have SCRUM Master Certification (PSM/PSPO/PSD/SPS/PSK/PAL)
Have advanced knowledge of Information Technology Information Library (ITIL) or IT Service Management (ITSM)
Significant multicountry/practice service / delivery leadership
Very strong demonstrable customer empathy, customer facing experience
Successful customer & internal negotiation skills and experience
Experienced people leadership in complex technical & customer environments
Excellent business & technical presentation skills
Experienced executive level influencer
Experience in delivering in European Union (European Commission, European Parliament, agencies, council,)
