Languages:


  • Fluency in Dutch is a main requirement

  • Fluency in French is a strong plus

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, and addressing service requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate client onboarding processes, including gathering necessary documentation, setting up accounts, and providing training as needed.
  • Manage client accounts in the company database, ensuring accurate and uptodate information.
  • Schedule, organize and coordinate client meetings, online webinars and events.
  • Assist in preparing client presentations, reports, and other materials as required.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of services and resolution of client issues.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of client service policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Various administrative & business support tasks (filing, data entry, maintaining client records ,IT troubleshooting, platform testing, translations, document formatting, invoice validation reporting, job advertisement uploads on social media...)
  • Collect and share job opportunities directly from recruiters and hiring managers (incl hidden jobs)

Requirements:


  • Minimum 2 years within a business service oriented role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Highly productive selfstarter, with the ability to work with all levels with an organization and remain agile with changing processes and priorities.
  • Advanced Microsoft365 capabilities specifically Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Ideally experience as user of virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
  • Fluency in Dutch and English.
