We currently have a vacancy for a

Your tasks

Providing user guidance and support regarding the use of information systems developed inhouse and ICT tools;
Categorizing and prioritizing the incoming tickets correctly and escalating where needed as well as reproducing and investigating incidents related to information systems;
Identifying and implementing solutions and workarounds for incidents together with reporting the results of investigations and proposing actions to secondlevel support;
Followingup on incidents, user requests and bug reports and organising the reporting;
Documenting knowledge, and known issues and transferring this knowledge to colleagues while participating in meetings with other teams.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in IT or relevant discipline combined with a minimum of 17 years of relevant experience;
A minimum of 3 years of experience in ITIL incident and problem management processes related to information systems as well as information system monitoring/support and SMT or ServiceNow tools;
Proven knowledge in enduser assistance and support of information systems;
Knowledge of wikis, collaborative sites, social networks, and Office automation tools (MS Office);
A minimum of 1 year of experience with Jira is an asset;
Excellent command of the English language.
