    Proven professional and academic educational background in testing. You manage uncertainties and make them transparent and in doing so, you do not believe in best practices because every question requires a specific approach. As an experienced tester, you are challenged daily by the versatility and complexity of the profession. You observe quality by telling a compelling story about testing and not by running metrics. You are (self) critical, analytical and a quality thinker and are able to translate and aggregate detailed test results to epic level. You communicate seamlessly between different parties and are able to align different views on risks. Ability to understand the testing needs in both an Agile and Waterfall approach.

    What do we expect
    The test manager is responsible for the strategic test approach on initiative and epic levels, including a regression strategy. Where needed the test manager will create level test plans and setup a governance and reporting structure that fits into the existing master test plan. In addition to that, the test manager will organize and lead risk sessions and attend refinement sessions on initiative/epic levels. The initiatives require solid, close and frequent alignment with initiative owners, po's, peers, the QA chapter lead and test coordinators.
    The test manager reports to the QA chapter lead and aligns chosen strategies and governance setup.
