We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join a multi-billion pound global business with rapid expansion goals for Belgium You'd be joining as a Credit Manager and you will be responsible for preventing, controlling and reducing payment arrears and, together with your team, you ensure continuous improvement of the process flows within the chain.

• You assess the creditworthiness of customers and identify and minimise credit risk.
• You manage and lead a credit team of 17 based across 2 offices.
• Conduct evaluation interviews and determine the KPIs.
• You prepare reports on performance and accurately track the results; you report on this to senior management.
• You manage the entire collection process and maintain good relationships with customers to resolve conflicts and prevent them in the future.

• You have experience in coaching and leading a team of accounts receivable managers.
• The ability to perform analyses, create reports and make decisions based on them.
• Fluency in Dutch, French and English language.
• Judgment regarding creditworthiness and lending.
• Experience with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of the laws and regulations regarding lending and collection.
