AP-AR Accountant (M/F/x) to join a company based in Brussels.

real estate sector.

The scope of
responsibilities for this job as
AP-AR Accountant includes:

Check the status of PO's & MIGO's ;
Supervise the processing & payment of invoices ;
Review open items (debit balances + old items + CN's/invoices to receive) ;
Report the income statement by expenses, by real property and by site ;
Analyse the charges per quarter ;
Analyze and document open items in Invoices/CN's to be received accounts ;
Invoicing with Sap of the real estate Tax ;
Invoicing of the coownership cost ;
Analyze and document open items in Invoices/CN's to be raised accounts ;
Check VAT code related to invoicing of the coownership cost ;
Invoicing of different other taxes ;
Invoicing of the others activities (Publicity,...) ;
Checking of the rents, costs, payments ;
Assistance to the closing process at the end of each quarter ;
Intercompany accounting and reconciliation (invoicing, payment,..) ;
Vat reconciliation ;
Preparation of documentation for the auditors ;
Calculation and booking of all the accrual (charges,...) ;
Analyze, definition, implementation, testing of the system.

The requested
qualifications for this job as
AP-AR Accountant include:

You have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or similar experience ;
You are fluent in French and have a really good knowledge of English ;
You have a good knowledge of MS Office ;
Knowledge of SAP is an asset ;
You are autonomous, organized and rigorous. Also, you have a good team spirit and you are resultsoriented.
