As part of our development, we are recruiting a **Sales & Marketing Assistant
- (**Flemish, English, French)


Mission 1 (85% of the time): Support to business for their partnerships with healthcare professionals

  • Administrative management of records relating regulations governing the relationship between Boston Scientific and healthcare professionals in respect of the procedures and by building close relationship and communication with key stakeholders
  • Constitution of files in accordance with the internal rules and declare them within deadlines.
  • Coordination and logístical support for events for health professionals and internal meetings (room reservation, organization of travel for health professionals, administrative and logístical organization).
  • Participation in Marketing activities
  • Order management and invoice tracking.
  • Monitoring of expenses and budget of the division.
  • As a member of the business support team, participates in team projects with counterparts.

Mission 2 (15% of the time): Personal assistant to the Sales Director of the Northern European commercial Cluster for the New Cardio division:

  • Personal/Team assistance to sales and marketing managers
  • Travel and expenses management: Administrative support in travel management and coordination of expense reports
  • Meeting and event management: Logistical organization of team meetings (physical or virtual, internal or external), followup of agendas and action plans; coordination of the Director's agenda.
  • Other miscellaneous administrative tasks (meeting minutes, reports, followup of files, compilation of data, budget, etc.)

Internal and external customer orientation (healthcare professionals)

Ability to plan and organize, respect deadlines

Solution oriented

Able to manage multiple topics at the same time and to manage priorities

Confidentiality while ensuring that information is shared with interlocutors in an appropriate manner

Rigor and precision, good communication and interpersonal skills. Confidentiality.

Good level Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and various collaborative tools


Background
Administrative and/or commercial studies. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.

Good level of English imperative

Hybrid position (A presence in the office will be requested in the first weeks following the start of the position)
