Your skills:
Languages : Fluent in English & Dutch ( French is a strong plus)
Good general understanding of IT principles such as Networks, Hardware and Domains Working knowledge of leading software
Good experience in End User device hardware and software troubleshooting
Awareness of Data Backup principles

Your Tasks:

Provide On-Site Support
Hw/Sw installation / uninstallation
S/W installation / uninstallation
Make equipment configuration
Perform an Incident fix
Manage stock of PC, equipment / peripherals, parts
Manage Vendor's warranty for replaces PC or equipment
Decommissions devices
Update and close tickets (Service Now)
Label Equipment
Update repositories after configuration change, PC move, enduser move,
Maintain OSS documentation
Hands and Eyes Services:
Perform technical operations (working instructions) into technical rooms guided by an experimented technician from a Service-Desk / Operation center (from TAS IT Operations teams).
Example of working instructions:
Read and report message
Reboot server
Perform physical/local backup
The purpose is literally to be the "hands" and the "eyes" of specialists / experts located in remote places.
Fast interventions are required according to the priority (request urgency or incident criticality). High SLA are required
