Responsibilities:


  • Develop a good relationship with customers, handling their requests and challenges and propose corrective actions (including shipments, receivables, receipts of goods, reserves, claims)
  • Work in

SAP:
loading orders, invoicing, picking of goods, control of accounts receivable, returns, maintain customer database, prices and general conditions

  • Monitor the level of service and delivery times, follow up orders for preparation with 3PL and for shipment with haulers, secure ontime delivery to customers and propose possible solutions for improvement to reach the company's targets
  • Work closely with Sales & Marketing Department to secure proper implementation of the sales plan & marketing launches
  • Work in
collaboration with Supply Chain to check back orders and inform customers

  • Handle customer complaints, ensuring an efficient solution to the claim and a quick closure of the process

Qualifications:


  • 23 year experience in a similar field preferably in an international environment
  • Higher education level
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French, Dutch & English
  • Knowledge of SAP and able to work with Windows programs (Excel, Outlook )
  • Customer service orientation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, showing attentiveness and accuracy
  • Strong stress resistance skills & Team spirit
  • Result oriented with high level of organization
