Main PR responsibilities- Mapping of media outlets, stakeholder organisations and influencers within the framework of European projects/campaigns Managing and updating databasesEnsuring the set-up and sending of mailings and surveys via dedicated tools- Main social media responsabilities- Checking online content generated by online users Assessing the content based on a set of community guidelines and flagging the content that is not in line with these guidelines Drafting answers to questions raised via social media platforms and liaising with the project management team- PR and social media- Monitoring of PR and social media activities and project/campaign pick up Analysis, reporting and presentation of results in dedicated reports and presentations- Requirements- Attention to details Good storytelling and pitching skills Good written communication skills Excellent knowledge of English (any other language will be considered an asset) Good understanding of EU institutions and interest in communicating about EU policies to EU citizens At ease with Microsoft Office, mailing and survey tools Proactive, solution-oriented and can-do mindset Good interpersonal skills Good organisational skills, ability to meet deadlines Willingness in acquiring new skills and undertaking new tasks Quick learner, receptive to new information and assignmentsWorking at ICF
